Get fit as a family and challenge each other along the way! Dads and daughters, mothers and sons or parents versus the kids – whatever combination inspires you to get moving together! Fitness challenges with agility combinations make this an awesome workout for all. Focus weekly on your level of improvement and see if mom and dad can keep up! Each participant must register individually. 8-12 years old
Teen B.E.A.T (Bodyweight, Exercise, Agility, Training)
Do you love to play sports and need that competitive edge? Perhaps your just looking to improve on your own fitness and enjoy fun, play based games, challenging yourself each week to do better. Come join the fun!
Explore the mind/body benefits of yoga as a family. Adults and children ages 6-12 will work together through traditional yoga postures and meditation in a light, fun environment. Classes will include unique yoga adaptations that get the whole family involved and on the mat. Each participant must register individually.
Youth Spin & Yoga (11-14 Years)
Does your pre-teen/teen enjoy riding his/her bike during the warmer months and wishes he/she could ride all the time? Your child will enjoy this Spin class followed by Yoga, tailored specifically for ages 11-14. Use their love of biking to get them moving through the colder months. Give your child the gift of fitness this year. NOTE: Recommended minimum height of 4′ 11″, however, there are exceptions. Please ask to see if your child will fit on the bikes.
