Balance & Stretch
Get ready to enjoy our standing balance class designed to improve balance, core, muscular strength and flexibility. Light weights and other equipment may be used.
YOGA - All Levels
A class for beginners and those that like to keep it basic. Students are immersed in the fundamentals of Yoga. You will be instructed and supported in learning the process of proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques and the use of props in your practice to build confidence in your yoga postures.
Specialty Classes for Seniors
Silver Workout (55+)
Enjoy a sit and fit workout with yoga and Pilates postures and stretches. Light weights and Pilates ball may be used, as well as, some optional standing exercises and balance work. This class is structured for patrons who are 55+ years of age.
