Hiring PROS consulting to complete the project, the team utilizes a system-wide approach to evaluate all parks, open space, recreational facilities and amenities. This comprehensive evaluation will indicate what goals, policies and guidelines need to be developed. The Master Plan becomes an invaluable resource in guiding future development over the next five years with substantial guidance for the next 20 years.

All programs and services are analyzed to provide substantial direction in program development, partnership opportunities, fee analysis, program duplication and future trends. A detailed facility assessment is also completed resulting in a ranked by priority list of recommendations for maintenance and renovation of parks, trails and facilities.
