Following a public meeting on April 3, drawings for the new playground are updated to include community input and suggestions.
The new renderings reflect an increase in accessible and inclusive playspace, poured in place surfacing (instead of shredded mulch) and a green color palette.
Construction on the new playground is underway and is expected to be complete in late fall.
