Healthy Lecture Series – Fix My Posture
In today’s world of excessive computer, tablet, and smartphone use, everyone could benefit from some help with their posture. In this class, a licensed physical therapist will educate you on the most common postural faults and guide you through exercises to help correct these faults.
The Healthy Lecture Series is free to active members of the Mt. Prospect Park District and features four lectures per year on a variety of topics.
