Pool Party Rentals

-30 admission wristbands to Meadows Pool (Pool passes cannot be used with party packages)

Rental Capacity: 30 people

• After booking your reservation, the Aquatics Supervisor will contact you during regular business hours (M-F, 9 AM-5 PM) within 48 hours to review the Pool Rental Contract Agreement.
• Parties can bring their own food and drink. No alcohol allowed. All food and drink must stay in the Party Room.
• Dates and times available are restricted to those on this reservation system.
• Time allotted on the reservation system is for the Meadows Party Room. If the facility is still open after your time slot, you may stay in the facility and swim longer; however, you will not have access to the Party Room.
• Non-U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices are prohibited. Lifejackets must be U.S. Coast Guard approved, not provided by MPPD.
• Pool noodles and small inflatable floats are allowed during designated family float times (7-9 PM). Water wings, snorkels and flippers are never permitted in the pool. Small toys, foam balls and soft dive rings are permitted.
• For 7-9 PM parties, the slide and diving board will be on an every 30 minute alternation schedule.

• Cancellations must be submitted through the webstore at least 21 days prior to the reservation date to receive a full refund.
• For projected inclement weather, the renter must contact the aquatic supervisor to reschedule, if dates allow. Alternatively, they may request an inclement weather cancellation and full refund (minus the $50 cancellation fee). 48 hour advance notice is required.
• If there is a facility closure or inclement weather delay on the rental date, the party host will receive a prorated credit corresponding to the actual time the event was held, calculated to the nearest quarter hour.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their  children. Lifeguards are on duty to enforce rules and respond in case of emergency.
• Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult (Age 17+).
• Non-swimmers under 10 years must have an adult in the water with them at all times.
