Variations-Ballet for Seniors
Designed especially for seniors. Variations ballet classes will offer seniors a chance to experience the joy, gracefulness and beauty of ballet-based movement at their own pace and in a way that feels comfortable for them! The class will include gentle movement to classical music that will help seniors improve their sense of balance, mobility and memory while also making new community connections. No previous dance experience is required and seniors can come to class in comfortable clothes you can move in and ballet slippers.

All are welcome for free play cards, games and puzzles. We’ll supply the games and coffee, you bring your competitive spirit! A great time for community-building and socializing.
