Your personal training experience begins with a fitness manager consultation to determine which of our skilled personal trainers is the best fit for you. Once chosen, your trainer will contact you for a necessary fitness evaluation that serves as the foundation for creating an ambitious, optimal workout tailored to your specific needs.

Your trainer provides a combination of motivation and education that gives you the push you need to meet your fitness goals.

All Personal Training packages expire after 3 months after the date of purchase.

Youth Performance Training with ARC Performance

Ages 17 and under

1- hour session of youth performance training with ARC Performance. Semi-private training is between 2-3 clients at one time. ARC Performance specializes in training POWER, STRENGTH, and SPEED for competitive and recreational athletes.

Strength 101

Ages 12-Adult

Fee $30

Strength Training 101 provides a 55 minute 1-on-1 learning session to become familiar with the fitness center strength equipment. Proper form, technique and exercises are demonstrated on a variety of machines. Change up your workout routine and sign-up for Strength Training 101! Days/times are easily customized based on your availability.
