Our certified personal trainers will develop a personalized exercise program to help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe, effective and highly motivating way. Each session is 55 minutes. First session includes a fitness evaluation. *MEMBER includes All In, Fitness or Premier membership holders If you enjoy working out with friends or family members, our personal training staff will help develop a program that you can do together. Semi-private training is between 2-3 clients at one time. ARC Performance specializes in training POWER, STRENGTH, and SPEED for competitive and recreational athletes. Middle School Strength Training Club with ARC Performance will focus on building strength and muscles through proper movement and techniques of common lifts typically seen in the weigh room. Each athlete will learn the basics of how to squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press and proper pulling movements. Other important components that will be a part of the program include mobility work to enhance overall movement, myofascial release techniques to keep muscle tissues in optimal condition, and a focus on breathing, bracing and stabilizing the core in order to optimize lifting and prevent injury. Middle & High School Olympic Lifting and Plyometric Training Club with ARC Performance will focus on introducing and improving performance in the snatch and clean & jerk, emphasizing explosive strength, technique, and supportive exercises; back/front squat, push press, power/hang cleans, and deadlift variations. Complementary plyometrics will be incorporated into the program as well. We will also be focusing on teaching optimal movement patterns to maximize overall performance and minimize the risk of injury. The Performance Training class with ARC Performance will include 60 minutes of progressive speed, agility and performance training for the beginner athlete to the advanced who wants to take it to the next level. All kinds of tools and tactics are used to assess and progress each athlete through this 6-week program. Ages 12-Adult Fee $30 Strength Training 101 provides a 55 minute 1-on-1 learning session to become familiar with the fitness center strength equipment.
