Youth Yoga
Designed to support children’s growth and well-being through fun, age appropriate yoga. Little Loves (Ages 2-4): Playful classes with stories, songs and movement to build coordination. Little Lotus (Ages 5-7): Imaginative poses and games to develop focus, motor skills, and self confidence. Brave Blossoms (Ages 8-10): Yoga flows and mindfulness tools to build strength, flexibility and emotional awareness. Peaceful Warriors (Ages 11-13): Focus on stress relief, self-esteem and resilience through mindful movement and relaxation techniques.Crimson Heart Yoga

Restorative Yoga: A slow and gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels. This practice incorporates a mindful, slow sequence and restorative postures. Meditation and breathing techniques are utilized to create a relaxing and peaceful experience.
Yoga (All Levels): A Hatha style yoga flow focuses on connecting breath to movement that integrates strength building as well as meditative and restorative elements. Options and modifications will be given to encourage a safe practice for all levels.
