Friendship Park Conservatory is a beautiful, four-season setting for life’s milestone events. Expansive grounds and the beauty of nature greet your guests as they arrive. Our facility offers a variety of layout options and seating in our banquet room and/or pavilion to suit your event needs!

Event Spaces
Newly renovated and versatile space that can be arranged to match your event need & vision. The space features a 1550 square foot indoor room with ample space for any event. Included with this room:Banquet Room
A cozy, light-filled suite tucked away for private, quiet moments. The space features a common room, kitchen/dining area, private room and full bathroom. Included with this room:Gathering Suite (Bridal Suite)
A nature-framed pavilion offering the perfect blend of shelter and sky. This 1760 square foot space is available May-October with a 100 guest max capacity. Included with this space:Outdoor Pavilion
Included in every rental is access to the atrium, foyer and outdoor courtyard (available May-October).Additional Spaces
Rental Hours & Pricing
- Rental capacity: 100 seated | 125 cocktail
- Rental minimum: 3 hours
- Security deposit: $200
- Refundable to your card after event, given no damages are found
- Non-refundable in the event of cancellations
- Credit cards must be on file for any damages
- Rental rates include: venue space, chair and table set up & access to Bluetooth sound system
- All rental reservations require a minimum of two weeks advance notice
- Exceptions may be made for Celebrations of Life
- FPC Staff is not responsible for any set up, execution of events, food service or breakdown beyond tables and chairs
Friday, Saturday & Sunday – $250/hour (starting at $750) Monday-Thursday after 5 PM – $200/hour (starting at $600) Monday-Thursday before 5 PM – $175/hour (starting at $525) Kitchen Access – $50 | Coffee Service – $50 Pricing and holiday rates are subject to change. Bar Packages
Bar packages include disposable drinkware for bar events. Any glassware is the responsibility of the Rental Host (please note: glassware and/or glass bottles are not permitted in the courtyard or under the pavilion). Bar service must end at least 30 minutes prior to the end of your contract end time. During daytime events, bar must be set up in the banquet room if facilities are open to the public.
Friendship Park Conservatory is a NO TIPPING venue. NO tip jars will be out.
Bar Packages
Bottles of wine and champagne: $25 per bottle
Beer: $5-7 per bottle or can.
