Abracadabra-Let’s Do Magic (Ages 5-12)

Enjoy more fascinating and mesmerizing tricks from the Gary Kantor Magic Team! Amazing cards, ropes, coins, mind reading and more tricks! Although some tricks appear difficult, they are actually quick to learn and easy and fun to perform. All materials and a take home magic kit provided for each child. Children are grouped by age. New tricks every session.

Chess Scholars

Chess Scholars (Ages 5-12)

Develop your child’s intellect through the royal game of chess! Current research has shown a strong link between chess and academic performance in a variety of areas, including mathematics and language arts. Chess has been proven to enhance children’s motivation, concentration, focus, social skills and creativity. Each class will consist of a fun, interactive teaching period and guided practice time. Both beginner and experienced players are welcome and will learn under the guidance of an experienced Chess Scholars coach.

CSI - Crime Scene Investigation

CSI – Crime Scene Investigation (Ages 7-12)

Get ready to become part of the biggest crime scene of the century! Did you commit the crime or is it the friend sitting next to you? Help solve the crime using digital microscopes to examine fingerprints, hair, powder samples and more, that may have been left at the crime scene. The last class will end with the class participating in a crime scene activity. Which one of your classmates is the suspect in the case? Possibly, maybe…even you!

Glitzy Girlz

Glitzy Girlz: Get Pampered Spa Divas (Ages 5-11)

Come join Glitzy Girlz (glitzygirlz.com) for a night out with the gals! Each girl is welcome to come in their PJs! Our staff will be pampering girls with hairdo, fun braids and sparkles. We will teach a mani pedicure and a mani section along with polishing nails and toes with glitter, neon and pastel polishes. A foot nail brush, cuticle stick and buffer will be take home goodies along with a mini polish and jewelry glam bag. Our night ends with some music and fun dancing to some disco lights and props for pictures!

Robo

RoboThink After School Robotics Club (Ages 7-12)

Build amazing robots using RoboThink’s STEM program. Equipped with our innovative robotics kits, which include motors, sensors, gears and mainboards, students create robots of all shapes, sizes and functions. Engineering concepts are presented through our trained instructors and picture based instructions. Students apply these concepts as they engage in exciting robotic challenges in a fun environment.

Bee-Bot, our robot friend, has a lot to share with us, not only on the floor but also on the computer. Young programmers will develop basic programming skills while practicing directional language, measurements, problem-solving, collaboration and much more.
