Summer 2026 Registration for Residents begins Monday, May 4 Fall 2026 Registration for Residents begins Monday, August 3 If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to call us at 847-255-5380 or Contact Us to receive an Invite, which will include your Registration Code. If you haven’t enrolled in one of our programs in the past, please provide us with your address, phone number(s), and a list of all members of your household and their birth dates. You will not be able to receive Resident Rates until you provide proof of residency, in person, at one of our facilities. Gift Cards of any denomination can be purchased at the Central Community Center or RecPlex front desks. Gift cards can be applied to any Park District transaction! (Programs, Event, Membership, Rentals, etc.) The Mt. Prospect Park District intends to comply with the intent and spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need any special accommodations, please call the Park District AFTER you have completed your registration so that we may make the necessary arrangements for you. ADA Coordinator Yes, some programs will not be available due to their complex registration procedures. These programs will not appear in the WebStore, please contact a Mt. Prospect Park District facility to receive information on what classes require in person registration. Memberships require in person registration. To cancel your registration for a class you must call us during regular business hours at least 2 full days prior to the start of a class, unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee a credit/refund if these guidelines are not met. If refunds are given, a service fee of $3.00 per program will be charged. Service fees will be waived for any credit put on your Park District account. Refunds will be processed as a family credit unless specified otherwise. Using the WebStore
We have taken many steps to ensure the security of your transactions. The Mt. Prospect Park District’s WebStore site employs the industry standard 256-bit encryption. The Mt. Prospect Park District uses a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Credit Card numbers are not stored after any purchases, and must be provided each time a WebStore purchase is made. Mt. Prospect Park District’s WebStore works with all modern browsers. To change your WebStore password, click on the Account button at the top. You will notice an area called Contact Information, and an Update Password button. When you click that button, you will be asked to supply your new password. The new password must be confirmed, and be a minimum of 6 characters long.Is the online registration system secure?

My Account
You can Sign In to your WebStore household account and click the Account button. Here you will see all of your household account information including each patron on the account. Select the appropriate update button to complete the update process. Please note if you are verified as a resident and you change your address you will not receive resident rates. Verification of addresses and patron updates must be done in person. In the WebStore, click the Account button, under the Patrons header you will see a link to View Enrollments. You can view the Mt. Prospect Park District’s Privacy Practice at: https://www.mppd.org/privacy-practice/ Resident rates apply to anyone living within the Park District boundaries. Please check your tax bill to verify that your taxes pay into the Mt. Prospect Park District. If you have not done so already in order to receive resident rates, you must go into one of the MPPD’s facilities with your proof of residency to validate your residency.How do I update my household account?
