The Ants Come Marching (Ages 5-11)

Walk around the park to scout for ant behavior and talk about the wonderful ways in which ants are farmers too. We may see ants farming aphids like sheep, growing fungus, planting seeds, and working together in support of their underground ant community. Bring your favorite observation tools for up close viewing as we experiment with some favorite ant foods.
