Welcome to the Dry Triathlon: Bringing all the endurance, none of the splash!
Row 2,000 meters, air bike 2.5 miles, and run 1 mile on the track. Participants complete each segment consecutively, with total time recorded by staff.
Your designated heat time will be emailed the week of June 1. Heats begin every 30 minutes, starting at 8:00 AM and running through 11:30 AM, with four participants per heat. Assigned heat times cannot be adjusted. Every triathlete receives an event shirt and refreshments!
