Our new structure of Unlimited Aquafit classes allows patrons to purchase a 1 month or 3 month class pass and come to all the classes we offer! Aquafit Unlimited has been designed with your busy schedule in mind. Aquafit moves outdoors in the summer – Monday and Friday classes are offered at Meadows Pool.

This popular mild-impact routine includes aerobics, strengthening & toning exercises. Focused on bringing up your heart rate with cardio and strength exercises ​often using pool resistance equipment.


Known as the “pool party,” ZAQUA offers a new and refreshing workout. The ZAQUA class integrates the Zumba philosophy with a low impact class that is cardio-conditioning and body toning. Enjoy this class with the water’s natural resistance.
